CHARM QUILT TOP READY

You may remember seeing this Charm quilt in progress several months ago.
Well today the top is completed just needs some stiching on the words hunter knob.
My friend Martha and I exchanged twenty five 2.5 inch blocks montly for one year.
This is my third attempt of finding a way to use the squares. I plan to put the first and second attempts on the back of the quilt.
Once the quilt is machine quilted I plan to hang it from the loft at hunter knob.
I've included a close up of 3 little houses made of wool.
The flowers are supposed to be SUNFLOWERS.
I adapted the embrodiery on the two strips is from a technique by Cindy Blackburn from her article in one of the quilt magazines.
The little tumbler blocks were stamped using a stamp pad by Cindy Blackburn. I put them together on my little featherweight while spending time at hunter knob.
Ridgeview Mountain is the name of the subdivison where our cabin Hunter Knob is located.
Thanks again to Martha for the fabric
exchange.
